Overview

We are building RTM homes specifically to address the needs of communities like yours. Our units are built on steel skids to help with transport and mobility needs, that provides structural integrity while travelling the winter roads. We have a hassle-free drop setup, all that is needed is a packed pad for landing and standard hookups for power, water, and waste that is to be band provided.

200 AMP service panel and remote service breaker just off exterior front wall
No Plumbing or Wiring in the floor
- Easy drop and placement onto a packed pad with no work or hookups underneath the building
- All plumbing and electrical connection is easy access on exterior rear wall
- No skirting necessary, floors are closed-in with pressure treated plywood & insulated
R50 dense pack insulation in ceiling, baton insulation of R22 in 2″x6″ walls and Dense pack R40 in the 2″x10″ floors
Units have triple pane windows, a front door, and a sliding patio door
Units feature a unique peaked roof design to give a spacious modern home design and eliminates any sort of “trailer feel”
Metal roof for easy, low maintenance longevity
Overbuilt 8″ steel frames with drag/lifting setup pins and each unit has unique Model I.D # tag
Steel frames maintain structural integrity (mitigates twisting) during transport and makes for easy setups (drop & hookup)
As-builds are engineered drawings
Meets all provincial, national building codes and CMHC Approval standards
Units designed for easy transport on winter roads with bridges in mind
OSB boards used on interior and exterior walls and then paneled inside and out
Modern and efficient design – up to date interiors
Full sized tub and shower
5 stainless steel appliances included: range, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer
Hot water tank and HRV system
All light fixtures included with living and bedroom room fan
A/C unit available as additional option
